As a self-taught artist, Micol is particularly drawn to the balance of positive and negative space that is the art of papercutting.  Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, she now lives in Israel, where her home studio overlooks the beautiful and historic Judean Hills. She is inspired by the beauty of the natural world around her.
